The Pinedale Town Council is responsible for all zoning ordinances for the Town of Pinedale. Applications for building permits within the town boundaries are available at the Town Hall. Requests for zoning variances for construction projects are heard by the Planning & Zoning Board who also reviews all C-1 and C-2 permit applications. All variances require a hearing and public notice after application.

Permits must contain plat drawn to scale with location and dimensions of land area affected. Permit information includes existing and proposed use of the land, estimated cost of construction, floor plan, and other details.

On new construction or remodeling projects, builders are required to notify all utilities before installing foundations. Call ONE-CALL WYOMING 1-800-849-2478 and allow 48 hours for utilities to inspect.
