Municipal
Court deals with misdemeanor infractions of Pinedale Town
ordinances within city limits such as traffic violations,
public intoxication, fighting, underage drinking and animal
control.
The
Town of Pinedale hires the Sublette County Sheriff's Office
for law enforcement services. Appropriate offenses are directed
to municipal court, which can do Bench or Jury trials.
The
Municipal Court Judge maintains office hours Monday &
Thursday at the Town Hall or other times as required.
